During your checkout process, you will be given the opportunity to append your order with your banks confirmation number for your Wire Transfer. When will I receive my order? By using the FedEx tracking number given with your shipped order, you will be able to determine your scheduled delivery date. We find in many cases orders are received in just a few days. What are my Customized Shipping options? Customized shipping options are our way for determining the best possible way to ship your large order. A large order must have a dimensional weight of more than 150 lbs and/or exceed 3000 USD in total value. Can I use my own Freight Forwarding Agent? Yes. You are welcome to use your shipping agent of choice. When choosing an agent to ship on your behalf please notate your designated customer number and/or account number in the secondary address line of your order. Will you ship by mail? No. At this time, we do not offer the shipping services of the U.S. Postal system. Will there be any duties, tariffs, taxes due with or any other surplus charges associated with my order?
