How do I get my FedEx tracking number?
As part of our standard process, we will email your shipped order status which contains the FedEx tracking number.

My FedEx tracking number isn’t working, what should I do now?
In the rare instance, FedEx numbers may go unused if we discover after-the-fact that several items can be packaged together safely. In addition, packages are sometimes separated from the rest of their orders and are not scanned by FedEx immediately. In either case, please wait a day or so for all items in your order arrive. If they don\'t arrive, give us a call and we\'ll be happy to help you initiate the lost package process with FedEx.

How do I contact FedEx?

FedEx has my package but they have not delivered it yet. What can I do?
Please contact FedEx at 1-800-GO-FEDEX to obtain further status on your package(s). The priority of delivery within the method of shipment chosen is determined by your local FedEx hub. In every instance we would like your package to be delivered ASAP. If FedEx is holding your package, please contact FedEx.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated either domestically or internationally in the shopping cart. Your zip code is required to give your combined shipping rate for the items in your shopping cart.

Can you combine the shipping if I order more than one?
Of course you can, this is done automatically. Our shopping cart combines the total dimensions and shipping weight of each item then combines it into one package or one shipment. Only in the instance in which fragility or size causes one or more items to not be combined will shopping cart determine multiple items cannot be consolidated into a single package, but will regardless remain to be a single shipment.

Do you charge a handling fee?
No, we do not charge a handling fee. We consider this to be a cost of doing business.

What methods of shipping are available?
At this time we use the shipping services of FedEx. FedEx offers an Overnight service, 2Day service and the more economical Ground service. The associated shipping costs are given with each option.

What is Rush Processing?
In the effort to ensure an urgent order is delivered as quickly as possible, Sewell offers a Rush Processing option for orders placed before 12pm CST. There is a small fee associated by choosing this option and Sewell with make put forth its best efforts to ensure your order is processed same day. In the event we fail to process and ship your order that day, your rush processing fee will be credited to your account.

Will you ship to my Post Office box?
At this time we currently do not use the services of our United States Postal System for delivery purposes.

Will you ship to my FPO or APO box?
At this time we currently do not use the services of our United States Postal System for delivery purposes. We apologize to our U.S. Armed Forces and Fleet Services for this obvious inconvenience.

Can I re-route my package once I have the tracking number?
Due to security concerns, Sewell will not request that your shipment be re-routed to a different address. This is a precautionary measure put in place to safeguard your purchased items.
