Wheels & Tires - Is there a charge for pre-mounting my wheels and tires? If a wheel and tire purchase is made, we add the added convenience of mounting your tires to your wheels.
Wheels & Tires - Will they arrive already balanced? Yes. When we mount the tire to your wheel we then use the latest technology for high-speed balancing.
Keys - If I order a key, will it arrived programmed? In the event a key is ordered that requires programming, your Infiniti must be present at the time of programming. If we do not have access to your Infiniti, then we cannot program your key.
Keys - Will the key arrive cut already to my car? Like all our keys, we offer you the choice of having your key cut, Yes or No. Under the assumption you choose, yes then we take action to provide you a key specific to your Infiniti.
Keys - What keys are available for my car? In most cases, the manufacturer offers only select keys to your Infiniti. In a few select scenarios have we discovered some keys actually can be used for other Infiniti models and programmed in a similar manner. In these rare cases, we post this information on the product page to all you the user to select the optional key should it suit your needs.
Paint - When I order a part, will it arrive painted? On our product page, if a color table (the color option list) is given, then one can assume the product is available already painted and is available in all the colors given in our color table. To the contrary, if a color table is not given, then one can assume the product does not have the option to be painted. Paint - What is the warranty on paint? Sewell has been part of the painting business for years. We don’t technically have a paint warranty because we’ve never had to make one. We would like to believe our paint is utterly flawless. In the event you feel the paint service we provided may have defects or maybe flawed, please contact Sewell customer service at 877.655.0010.
Extended Warranty - Can I buy online? Infiniti Elite Extended Protection Plans as we call them are not currently offered for online purchasing as they are a product of Lexus Financial Services.
