Returns Policy |

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will gladly
accept your unworn, unwashed, uninstalled or defective merchandise for a refund.
Click here to submit your request for return. We will reply within the next few business days with
further information regarding your return. Please note that all merchandise must be returned within 30
days of purchase. Closeouts, keys or items purchased in an auction format cannot be returned for any
reason.
Important Note:
Except in cases where the return is the result of a shipping error or the item arrives damaged or
defective, original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping fees equal to the original
shipping charges will be charged to all returns.
Return Instructions
To start the return process, simply access your online account to determine what orders are eligible for return. In a short period of time we well respond with instructions on what to do next. We will also provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number for each return, which is valid for 14 days. The valid RA number must be included with your return in order to assure proper credit. We are not responsible for merchandise returned without a valid RA number.
Damaged Items & Shortage Claims
Please inspect all merchandise immediately upon receipt. Any damaged or missing items must be reported
within 3 days of delivery.
Return Policy Exceptions:
- Performance Parts: Must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Damages/defects must be reported within 3 days.
- Electronics: Must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Damages/defects must be reported within 3 days.
